There was a time when “power yoga” meant pushing harder, sweating more, and proving something.
But deeper strength isn’t built through force alone.
As we move through our 40s, 50s and beyond, strength begins to mean something different.
It becomes less about performance… and more about longevity.
Less about intensity for intensity’s sake… and more about resilience, steadiness, and learning how to truly support ourselves.
Strong for longer.
That’s what my classes are about.
We build strength that lasts — in the muscles, yes, but also in the nervous system, the breath, the joints, the mind.
We learn when to power up, and equally, when to wind down. Both matter deeply for long-term health.
Movement with meaning.
Movement that helps you keep doing the things you love for years to come.
Movement that respects where you are now, while still helping you grow stronger.
Because real strength isn’t about burning out.
It’s about staying connected to yourself for the long haul.
StrongER for longer. 🤍
