Being just outside Petworth means our residents still feel connected to the community they've known for years.

Our residents often take a trip to the farmers' market, go for coffee in town, take a lovely walk through the South Downs or head to the bowls club.

There are so many reasons why the gardens at Barlavington mean so much to us. They aren’t just to look pretty - they are a haven where residents stop to chat after lunch. Where grandchildren play when they visit. Where many of our residents spend the first warm days of spring with a cup of tea in hand.
