What an amazing week , working with an amazing group….. Porthaven Care Homes.
Really setting the standard, so impressed .
The staff were so caring, friendly and happy.
It really made the IDDSI Framework training so easy to deliver. A big thank you to all staff but especially the chefs and kitchen staff.

Doing a fantastic piece of work at the moment. Creating some amazing recipes which could transform Dysphagia patients food options.First dish Sausage , Creamed Potato and baked beans

What a fantastic days training at Craighalbert - The Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments. Many Thanks to Jan Mclaughlin in the kitchen and all the staff for making me so welcome. Fantastic Job in making the "Fresh Food" safe, tasty, looking amazing and still compliant to the IDDSI Framework. Remember paediatric sizes are 2mm(level 5) and 8mm (level 6) - NOT FROZEN AND NO MOULDS.Loved meeting Sully !!!

Had a great day training with Dimensions in Cardiff. The staff were fantastic. They enjoyed the theory and practical demo. Covered the IDDSI Framework for drinks and Food. Always love going to Cardiff.

Two Fantastic days training the IDDSI Framework with Nestle Health Science in Dudley and Birmingham. Training vrous roles in care who are involved in meal service. The theory seesions were followed by the practical demonstration.Many thanks to those who volunteered to participate in the practical demonstration.
Kath was amazing, great piping skills.
