This Saturday in Body Temple Dance Space to Move | Yoga Studio & Wellness Community I’ll be bringing you some of the magic as we dance with BEAUTY 🌹 and DISGUST 🤢

As always you can expect a playful and potent practice to find freedom in your creative expression, with somatic education, inspirational poetry and a banging playlist.

Another potent Body Temple Dance class Space to Move | Yoga Studio & Wellness Community

Today we explored the five elements, letting the humanness drop away to open up to more subtle sensory experiences. We started in the most subtle element, ether, and gradually opened our senses until we returned to Earth.

Next class Space to Move | Yoga Studio & Wellness Community is on Saturday 12 September when we’ll be back to our fortnightly schedule.

Weekly morning movement & meditations each Wednesday at 7.05am to give you a soft start to the day

Sound healings, 2 on Friday afternoons 1-2pm, and 2 on Friday evenings 8-9pm to offer a restorative pause immersed in the vibrations and frequencies of Himalayan singing bowls

Then to close the series I’m bringing you my much loved Wisdom of the Snake Body Temple Dance ritual to hiss, constrict, slither, and shed your way towards aliveness.

How was .body a whole month ago?

It was such a pleasure to hold a juicy sound meditation on the Friday evening in the packed Ton… thanks so much to everyone who brought their bodies and energy to the space for a restorative pause.
