Yoga isn’t about starting earlier or doing more.
It’s about starting where you are.
Maybe that looks like:
moving a little more gently
breathing a little more deeply
giving yourself one hour a week that’s just for you
Small steps count.
Showing up counts.
Starting now absolutely counts.

🧘 So… what can yoga actually do for you?

You’ll often hear people say that Yoga is good for you.

But what does that really look like in real life?

For a lot of people, it’s things like:

feeling less tense in your body

sleeping a bit better

breathing more easily

your head feeling a little quieter

Yoga isn’t about perfect poses or being bendy.
It’s about making space.
In your body. In your mind. In your week.

Even one class can help you feel more grounded, a bit lighter, and more like yourself again.

No pressure. No judgement.
Just gentle movement, breathing, and time for you.

Hi, I’m Kerrie and I run the Tuesday & Thursday classes👋

One of the things I love about yoga is how many animal poses there are.
Dog. Cat. Cow. Cobra.

No Giraffe though, which feels like a shame, because for me yoga is about standing tall, moving freely, and not taking yourself too seriously.
