👤 **What We’re Looking For:**
✔️ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager
✔️ Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care
✔️ Strong knowledge of CQC standards
✔️ Ability to lead independently
✔️ Confident using Microsoft systems
✔️ Full UK driving licence
