I am currently level 4 qualified in sports massage and am in my final year of studying Sports Rehabilitation at Marjon Uni.

Time to stop giving a f**k about what people think ✌🏻

We’re full send rn and hack squats are currently killing me off but this week so far has been fuel for the fire this session 🔥

Leave the stress at the door and go in and do your thing 💪🏻

Tunnel vision is the way forward, just gotta keep pushing 🔥

Few more months and we should be looking pretty decent 🙏🏻

But it’s all about putting that work in which is what we are doing right this second 🙌🏻

If you’re bodybuilding then you’ve got boxes that need to be ticked daily, during off season and prep.

Whatever the goal may be it’s important to focus on what you need to be doing consistently

Because consistency is key to getting a result 🔑

We’re halfway through the working week, don’t give up now 💪🏻
