Has anyone told June it’s June? 🥶

My car was reading 12 degrees on the way to the gym this morning.

It’s hard to believe a couple of weeks ago I had my trustworthy air con unit on full but this week the heat pad is on, the towels are warm and it’s feeling cosy in here again 🥰

In the meantime if summer would like to make a reappearance, that would be great ☀️😅

I often think about clients long after their appointments
Did they enjoy the holiday?
I wonder how the operation went?
I hope the hospital appointment brought good news? 🤍

But when a client who first came to me for massage, and then continued through pregnancy massage, takes the time to message and tell me they welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world yesterday honestly, it fills my heart with so much joy.

Being trusted during such an important chapter of someone’s life is something I never take for granted, and I can’t tell you how much those little updates mean to me ✨

I’m Louise (or Lou), the face behind Urban Muse ✨

Award-winning massage therapist, coffee first kind of girl, towel perfectionist and someone who will happily talk dogs all day 😅

I created Urban Muse to be a calm, welcoming space where women can truly switch off. No spa pressure, no judgement, no rushing in and out, just time to breathe, reset and feel looked after.

Most of my clients come to me feeling tense, overwhelmed, exhausted or simply like they’ve spent too long putting themselves last and honestly, I get it.
