This time, we’re delighted to be supporting Hunter District Under 14 Girls.

Hunter District have agreed that our logo will feature on all youth kits being produced this season, showing a real commitment to building a stronger, more supportive football community.

Together, we’re showing the strength of partnership and the importance of mental health in football — from the grassroots up.

Dear Players, Coaches and Committee Members of the Plymouth and west Devon football league

We’re pleased to share details of an important upcoming session focused on understanding mental health in adults across our Plymouth & West Devon football community.

🧠 UNDERSTANDING MENTAL HEALTH IN ADULTS
⚽ For all P&D Clubs
📅 Friday 9th October
⏰ 19:00–20:30
📍 Venue – To be confirmed

The session will provide an opportunity to learn more about:

Looking after your own mental health and wellbeing
Recognising signs that someone may be struggling
How to start supportive conversations
Supporting teammates, coaches, friends and family
Managing stress, pressure and setbacks
Building resilience and maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Professional and local support available
You don’t need to have all the answers — just being there and starting the conversation can make a difference.

The event is FREE for all players, coaches and committee members. Donations can be made to help continue raising awareness and providing resources and support to our football family.

💗 Every mind matters. Let’s break the stigma. Let’s talk. Let’s support. Let’s play.

Please share the attached poster with your club members and help us spread the word - ideally we would like to know numbers beforehand so please can you as secretaries send a list of persons attending 🙂

At The Clean Sheet CIC, we are passionate about giving back to our community and supporting young people through meaningful conversations, guidance and practical support.

We offer a range of free sessions for schools and community organisations, including:

Lived & Lost Mental Health Talks – Real, relatable conversations designed to raise awareness, reduce stigma and encourage people to speak openly about mental health.

Bespoke School Talks – Tailored sessions designed around the needs, challenges and priorities of your school or students.

Career Talks & Post-Student Support – Helping students understand their options beyond school, explore career pathways and feel more confident about their future.

Mental Health & Behaviour Support – Practical support and guidance to help young people better understand their emotions, behaviour and wellbeing.

All sessions are completely FREE of charge.

This is our way of giving back to the communityand helping make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
