☀️ Summer Holiday Update ☀️

Just a little update to let all my lovely clients know that over the 6 week summer holidays my availability will be a little more limited while I spend some quality time with my children.

I'll still be working on odd days and will do my best to fit everyone in, but appointments will be more limited than usual.

These slots can also be combined for a 4 hour regular weekly clean or a monthly deep clean.

☀️ A little update from me ☀️

I know so many cleaners have cancelled during this heat, it’s honestly all I’ve seen over the last few days, and i dont blame them, its such hard work in this heat....but I’ve persevered and carried on as much as I possibly could but now its out of my hands ❤️

Two of my little ones were sent home late this afternoon, they’ve really struggled with the heat incl sickness, which we all know means 48 hours off school also, so i’ve had to come to a halt. Family comes first, and I need to make sure they're cool and comfortable.

I’ll be off tomorrow and friday from cleaning jobs to focus on them, playing in the pool, keeping cool and some much needed us time.

(Care shifts will continue as normal ❤️)

❤️ CPR & Defibrillator Training Completed ❤️

Today I completed my CPR and Defibrillator training through the British Heart Foundation's RevivR programme.
I have done this and other training before but I always like to refresh my mind!

As someone who works closely with vulnerable and elderly clients, I believe it's important to have the knowledge and confidence to respond in an emergency. While I hope I never need to use these skills, being prepared could make all the difference when every second counts.
At Reflections and Sparkles Cleaning, caring for people is just as important as caring for their homes, and I'm always looking for ways to improve the service and reassurance I can offer my clients and their families.

Oh wow… this heat is something else ☀️🥵

I whinge when it’s cold, and apparently I whinge when it’s hot too 😂 I can honestly say I’m very glad to be off this week… well, sort of, apart from a few care shifts!

This weather is absolutely insanely hot, so I hope you’re all managing to keep cool, stay hydrated, and enjoy a little bit of sunshine where you can 💛
we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset at mount batten last night, we stayed untill 10pm, think I'll stick to the beach at night haha!!!
