One of our most popular activities across our services is always flower arranging – and it’s easy to see why! 💐

Our residents at Bethany House had a lovely time choosing their favourite blooms, arranging the different colours and creating some beautiful displays. There was plenty of chatting, creativity and, of course, lots of smiles along the way.

The finished arrangements looked absolutely gorgeous – well done everyone!

A HUGE congratulations to our very own Phil from Balmain Care Home, who took a very brave leap and completed an incredible skydive in support of Mind!

Phil has raised an amazing £1,000+ for a charity that is particularly close to our hearts.

As a residential care home supporting people with mental health needs, we see first-hand just how important good mental health support, understanding and awareness can be. That makes Phil’s achievement and his chosen charity all the more special to us.

We’re incredibly proud to have members of our team who are willing to go above and beyond — quite literally in this case!

It takes some serious courage to jump out of a plane, all in the name of a great cause! Well done, Phil!

What a fantastic time we had at Bethany House Care Home celebrating this very special milestone—Shirley’s 90th birthday!

Shirley was joined by her wonderful family and friends, who helped make her special day even more memorable. ❤️

The lovely Ma**ca provided the entertainment, singing all the favourite songs and getting everyone into the party spirit! There was plenty of singing, laughter, and birthday cheer throughout the afternoon.

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating with you, Shirley. Wishing you a very happy 90th birthday from everyone at Bethany House! 🥂

🐢 𝖳𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀𝗌 𝗀𝗈𝗍 𝖺 𝗅𝗂𝗍𝗍𝗅𝖾 𝗐𝗂𝗅𝖽 𝖺𝗍 𝖳𝖺𝗆𝖺𝗋𝖺 House! 🐢

We were delighted to welcome Animals2U Southwest for a very special animal visit — and they certainly didn’t disappoint!

Our residents got up close with a sleepy ferret, an enthusiastic tortoise who clearly had places to be, and a wonderfully camouflaged stick insect who seemed to think the best way to make an entrance was… by doing absolutely nothing!

It was an afternoon full of laughter, curiosity, interesting facts and some very memorable animal encounters.

A huge thank you to Animals2U Southwest for bringing the fun to us. We loved every minute — even if the tortoise was a little more energetic than the rest of us!

What a fantastic day for our Summer Fete at St Minver House!

A huge thank you to our wonderful team of staff who worked so hard to make the Summer Fete such a brilliant day for all our residents, their families and friends.

There were plenty of laughs, fun, games, music, food and wonderful memories made together.

We’re delighted to have raised £267 for the Residents’ Fund — thank you to everyone who supported us and helped make the day such a success! 👏🏻

And a very special thank you to Stacey, our fantastic Pineapple 🍍, who not only looked amazing in her pineapple outfit but also did a brilliant job organising the whole event!
