🌟 Autism Support & Wellbeing at Dragonfly Well-Being Centre 🌟
Every mind works differently, and that diversity makes our world richer. At Dragonfly Well-Being Centre, we celebrate neurodiversity and provide a safe, supportive space for autistic children, young people, and adults.
At Dragonfly Well-Being Centre, we provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment for children, young people, adults, and families who are either undiagnosed or diagnosed with Autism.
We understand that every autistic experience is different. Our aim is to help individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered from the very beginning of their journey—whether they are seeking clarity, exploring a possible diagnosis, or looking for ongoing therapeutic support.
Autism is not something to be fixed. It is a different way of experiencing and understanding the world. We focus on strengths, understanding, and support.
We offer a joined-up approach that may include:
-Support with understanding and exploring traits associated with Autism
-Access to assessment pathways through trusted clinical teams
-Counselling to help process experiences and support evidence gathering where appropriate
-Therapy to build self-understanding, emotional regulation, and confidence in daily life
-Practical strategies for challenges such as sensory overload, executive functioning, communication differences, and big emotions
Our work focuses on creating a safe, affirming space that encourages self-acceptance and helps individuals better understand how their mind works—without judgement.
We also support families and carers, helping them develop stronger understanding, communication, and practical ways to support their loved ones.
