Dear clients,

I would like to share a little update regarding the booking process at Lomi Lomi Massage & Spa.

From 1st July 2026, when booking your appointment, full payment for your chosen treatment will be required at the time of booking to secure your space.

Your payment will be fully refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
This allows me enough time to offer the appointment to another client.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or missed appointments (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund.

This change helps me continue creating a calm, personalised and dedicated experience for every person who visits Lomi Lomi Massage & Spa, while ensuring that appointment spaces are respected and available for those who need them.

Aloha Beautiful Souls,

I’m so happy to be back in the UK after another deeply nourishing journey to Hawai’i — a place that continues to feel like home to my heart.

This time, I had the honour of returning to the source of Hawaiian healing and deepening my studies in Lomi Lomi Hāpai, a beautiful and sacred form of Hawaiian bodywork created especially for pregnancy.

There is something truly special about supporting a woman during this precious season of her life. Pregnancy is a time of immense change — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — and I believe every woman deserves to feel held, nurtured, and deeply cared for throughout that journey.

Lomi Lomi Hāpai is a flowing, gentle, full-body treatment adapted to each stage of pregnancy, allowing the mother to rest comfortably while receiving soothing, therapeutic touch. It creates space for relaxation, balance, connection, and a deeper relationship with both body and baby.

This training is also the beginning of something much bigger — a calling that has been quietly growing in my heart over the last few years. My vision is to offer more comprehensive support for women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period — holding space not only for the body, but for the whole transformational journey into motherhood.

I am now ready to welcome expectant mothers for this beautiful Hawaiian pregnancy massage and look forward to sharing this sacred work with you.

🌺Ocean’s Rituals & Embodied Care – see the sea for your highest good🌺

Seaweed has been part of my story for many years.

I first encountered it during my massage school days, working with beautiful detoxifying body rituals using seaweed and ocean minerals.
These treatments supported skin nourishment, detoxification, and a sense of balance.

Our school also collaborated with a company creating mineral products from the Dead Sea, and I was fascinated by their power. That experience stayed with me.

Over time, my relationship with algae therapy deepened.

I began collecting seaweed myself from the coast in Cornwall. I clean it, dry it, and sometimes grind it to use in my skincare and body rituals.

As much as I love the sea, I fell in love with its fruits too. I learn from them. I treat them with care.

Seaweeds hold answers to many questions — skincare, youthfulness, preventing wrinkles, nourishing joints, balancing hormones, and detoxing from toxins.

Let the ocean feed us — we are water too, about 70%. If it’s good for it, it’s good for us.

Seaweed is part of how I approach embodied wellbeing — woven into life, flowing into my work and rituals.

It is one of the most fascinating natural ingredients — for skin, body, and the joy of connecting with the ocean.

In today’s world, many women turn to invasive procedures — Botox, liposuction, or other treatments — often to slow aging, improve skin, or reduce weight . I see this daily with clients coming for lymphatic drainage and other treatments.

Many don’t know there is a natural path but really there is ♥️🧜‍♀️

🌺A new chapter, born from the heart🌺

Many of you know me as Magdalena —
founder of Lomi Lomi Massage & Spa.

For nearly 10 years, this space has been created with love, devotion and deep respect for the body.
It remains a place of relaxation, treatments, facial treatments , sauna , spa rituals , meditation and bodywork.
A place to rest.
To exhale.
To be cared for.

But my path has always been rooted in something deeper.

In Hawaiian healing philosophy.
In the wisdom of the body.
In intuitive work that lived in me long before I knew how to name it.

After visiting Hawaii last year, something within me settled.
Not as a trend.
Not as a fantasy.
But as a remembering.

From that remembering, Embodied Path was born.

A space where I share my somatic work, subconscious exploration, meditation, energy awareness and intuitive healing.

Embodied Path now also lives online — here on Instagram and Facebook — as a space for deeper reflections and conversations.

Here, I will be sharing reflections on embodiment,
the wisdom of the nervous system,
subconscious patterns,
Hawaiian philosophy and healing,
and the art of returning to yourself.

Here, I speak more openly.
Without fear of how I will be received.
Without filtering the depth.
