This gorgeous weather in Cornwall has inspired us to create a unique and very exclusive Retreat in October.
There’s just eight places in our beautiful boutique retreat venue.
We will be practising in Crantock Bay expect Yoga twice a day compassion focused well-being workshops an optional art therapy workshop and equine Therapy workshop inclusive added extras are surf and other water sports experiences. Treatments such as massage and Reiki can be arranged plus we will ensure you have lots of time to destress chill out, read books, chat walk and just rejuvenate 🌊🛀
