Today was not the day for my hair to frizz up and curl! Not many know but on a Wednesday when I have a clinic in Kingsbridge I volunteer to do the meals on wheels, so I block out an hour and a half to give out delicious meals from Kingsbridge Care Hub x it’s always good to see and check in on the lovely people that enjoy the brilliant home cooked food offered. Today and the last week has been particularly hot and so John Henderson from spotlight decided it would be good to ride with me on my meals on wheels run to see how everyone is coping. As you can guess some better than others. YES HE WAS FILMING ME AND I IMAGINE I LOOK A HOT SWEATY MESS!
Tomorrow I believe I will be on spotlight not looking my best as had already done wax removals in the morning in a very hot room 🤣🤦‍♀️

The highlight of my day though had to Esther, only 4 years old and so very brave having her ears micro suctioned for the very first time! Her smile will stay with me for a very long time when she could hear properly again. A little super star!

Are you suffering in this heat? This is me before and after a very satisfying day of ear wax removing! I have hand held fans available for patients if required. Don’t suffer in silence! Come and see me if your feeling muffled, the hearing has got worse on one side or both? Or tinnitus has suddenly raised its ugly head….. it could simply be ear wax causing your problems .
P.s I had to go and get another pair of glasses as my others broke…….probably melted! 🤦‍♀️👂👂

Going on holiday soon? ☀️
