Learn how to protect your eyes whilst watching the partial solar eclipse!

We probably shouldn’t have to say this, but don’t look directly at the sun. Looking directly at the sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight – so you need to take care. Remember, your normal sunglasses may look great, but they won't cut it.

Follow the link to learn more about how to watch the eclipse safely!

April: A Month of Big Changes! 🩺
April was a whirlwind for our team. Between two bank holidays and a government-mandated overhaul of how GP practices handle online consultations, we’ve been working harder than ever to protect the care you deserve.

What’s Changed?
The government now requires online consultations to be open from 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. While this sounds convenient, it risked filling GP schedules with minor queries rather than urgent clinical needs.

To stay efficient, we’ve adapted:

Expert Navigation: Our reception team has received advanced training to ensure you are directed to the right clinical professional immediately.

Smart Triage: Our GPs are using a new system to prioritise urgent "same-day" care while maintaining continuity for long-term needs.

High Volume: We are now managing 350+ clinical consultations daily, alongside home visits, medication queries, test results and face-to-face exams. (to name just a few of the daily tasks our clincial team have)

A Quick Note on Phones 📞
You may notice slightly longer wait times on the phone. This is because our team is taking extra time to ask the right questions, ensuring you get the most appropriate care the first time.

Thank you for your patience and support us as we navigate these changes together
