If you are unsure what you wish to do you can arrange to see our counsellor. This is a completely confidential non judgemental service 💙

On the 23rd July 2026 we are moving to the One Devon Epic electronic patient record at Derriford Hospital. This does not affect medical records for SHiP patients. However, any information about HIV care on the Derriford Hospital system (example blood results, referral letters) will then be available to staff caring for you in Torbay, Exeter and Barnstable Hospitals. If you want more information about this, please discuss this with a member of our team.
