Have I mentioned lately how absolutely obsessed I am with my dog Kara? 🐾💖

She’s basically my personal trainer for Race for Life… except instead of shouting encouragement, she just judges me silently and occasionally demands snacks.

Nearly every step I’ve taken training, she’s been right there with me — probably wondering why we’re not sprinting toward food instead 😅

She turns 11 in September (which is about 60 in human years), so honestly she’s doing better than me and deserves the sponsorship more than I do 🐶👏
