It’s been hot, it’s been busy, would I have it any other way .. absolutely not 🤗

💚 With over 40 clients slipping and sliding onto my couch this week I want to express how continually grateful I am providing my services to such lovely people.

🥵☀️ A little heads up on Aesthetic treatments in this very hot weather.

☀️ 💉 Try and apply a cold compress whenever possible to reduce sweating any product out (particularly anti wrinkle/ micro needling). Avoid the sun for atleast a few days post treatment or the protocol explained to you.

☀️ 👄 Lips need moisture apply a lip sun block, drink plenty of water 💦 even previously treated lips can plump out more in the heat, keep them as cool as you can.

☀️🫣 Where possible as demonstrated always use a fan .. I personally recommend this as a Nurse following all treatments (I think my face explains everything)😮😂

💚☀️Perfecting a healthy work and life balance this week in this beautiful Shepherd Hut, waking up to this was so relaxing, along with 3 resident ponies it was perfect!

💚👩🏻‍⚕️ Now returning to work thoughts .. can I please ask if you are thinking of having aesthetic treatments for your holiday let me know dates in advance as many treatments have a time scale when they are given and achieve the best results.. timing is very important.
