Through professional aims and standards we provide a service that is personalised and of the highest quality - with years of experience within the care sector, we know and are able to deliver the type of care that people want and expect. Our team is full of reliable and caring people who always strive to do

their best to help the people we look after. We are able to assist with personal care, social support, managing day to day issues, shopping and trips out, domestic and laundry support, assistance with medication, respite care, holidays away and end of life care. Additionally, we support people on both a long term and short term basis to maintain their independence and increase their health and well-being.

Our client has been waiting patiently for a few months for his new wheelchair to arrive alongside a new moving and handling plan πŸ“ƒ 🀝

This of course meant he has had limited mobility. This was his first time being able to be safely manouvered out of bed and into his new wheelchair. 🦽 πŸ§‘πŸ’œ

As you can see from his face he was very pleased. He told the carers how happy he was and how safe he felt with them 🌟 🌟

We love achieving these outcomes from collaboratively working with our professional colleagues to make impacts like this to our clients quality of life πŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸ€πŸ’œπŸ§‘

Sometimes it's the simple things that bring the biggest smiles. πŸ’œπŸ§‘

One of our wonderful clients enjoyed a fantastic support visit this week starting with a fresh haircut and beard trim at the barbers before treating himself to a well-earned lunch at Captain Jasper's. β˜€οΈ 🌊

With the sunshine shining, we took time to enjoy the fresh sea air and beautiful waterfront. 🌊 🏊

Spending time outdoors, staying active, and remaining connected to the community can have a real positive impact on both physical and mental wellbeing. 🌳 🀝
