😀😀😀 these BIG smile moments.. especially when from a wonderful young lad who has had such a challenging journey, are the heart-melting moments that make our roles so beautiful and brilliant! 🩷 Thank you to Tomcat Adult Trikes for bringing your fantastic trike products to our clinic to try with our clients. It was a resounding success with all clients that tried the trike! And the team are really impressed with how user-friendly and adaptable the trikes are for all abilities.

🦿Congratulations to James & Susie!🎉

A huge well done to our physiotherapists James Picton and Susie Wolstenholme, on completing Module 1 of the Advanced Rehabilitation Training Ltd’s Lower Limb Amputee Rehabilitation Programme. 👏🎓

Led by an expert faculty, the course combined evidence-based teaching with practical, hands- on learning to develop advanced skills in:

📋Comprehensive amputee assessment
🚶Prosthetic gait and movement analysis.
💪Progressive strength and exercise programming with a prosthesis.
⚖️Balance, mobility and functional independence.
🎯Clinical reasoning and personalised rehabilitation planning.

This specialist training will help us deliver even better rehabilitation for people living with limb loss,supporting them to build strength, imporove mobility and regain confidence in every day life. 💙

Well.. what a lovely Thursday! A morning filled with fascinating learning & CPD with a great turn out from our Plymouth Neurophysio team with the brilliant Amy Dennis-Jones. Such an informative & exciting session trialling 2 pieces of great kit; the Stella Bio & Bimeo from Thor Assistive technologies..
Followed by a real treat being taken out for lunch by the lovely Georgina Moorhead and Heidi Grute! 😄
