Everyday I thank the universe for blessings and the universe just keeps on sending blessings, in the form of jobs, people, locations and opportunities 🙏

I've also had a very difficult few weeks finding out we re going to lose one of our best friends to cancer in the immediate future and painful worsening stomach issues that have nearly taken me to a and e but when you make time for the little moments, the big things don't consume you completely. Or take you off track. Remember that.

Life is life and will keep on lifing. Ride the waves and try not to sink to the bottom. And remember Nature can be your best friend in difficult times 🌊🌱🌳🐴

Self love for the win! It really is the key to living your best life. If you are your own worst bully, your external environment will reflect your inner world. Become your own best cheerleader. That compassion and empathy you have for others, where is it when it comes to you? Left the building? Critical, cold and harsh to yourself in your head? You need to change that today.
