We had such a beautiful day today with 💞🧘‍♀️🌿

The perfect day retreat, here in Plymouth… some yin yoga , beautiful nourishing food, a sauna, hot tub and a massage…. ✨

Kate has such a lovely setting for her yoga classes and sauna! 🌺

The massage from Hayley’s pampering in your own home. was just magical! 🪄

It was a lovely time to pause to use my studio journal 📝 💞

✨🌸 Happy Ostara 🌸✨
Yesterday I had the most nourishing day attending an Ostara circle held by the wonderful and my heart is still full 🌿
Ostara marks the spring equinox — a time of balance, renewal and new beginnings. It’s when we celebrate the return of the light, the awakening earth, and the seeds we’re planting in our lives. A perfect moment to slow down, reconnect with the seasons, and come back to ourselves.
And reconnect I did 🌱 It was such a beautiful reminder to pause, breathe, and realign with nature’s rhythms. I also wanted to say thank you to the guys and girls at for the gorgeous journal that’s been keeping me alive to the lunar changes. Definitely recommend this journal.
Nicola created the most gentle, sacred space — an altar filled with crystals, roses and carnations, cards laid in a circle, and so much love and intention in every detail. She is not only a gifted circle holder but an incredibly talented jeweller — my husband and I actually made his wedding ring with her 10 years ago, so being held in her space felt extra special and full of meaning 💍🤍
The circle was held at the wonderful — a beautiful local venue lead by another very special person, offering yoga and so much more. Exactly the kind of space that makes Plymouth such a special place to be.
My card pull for the day was En Caul — Healer. Seer. Priest/ess/ex. Soul Purpose. 🌊
If you ever get the chance to attend one of Nicola’s circles, please go. Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is simply show up for yourself 🌼

This tattoo has been a journey. For me tattoos are reminders of important people and times Ellie has been fantastic at collecting my ideas and memories and turning them into art.

That means I can carry those memories with me forever. This is phase one complete with a few more additions to go. I’m so happy with what Ellie at has created.
