Is it just me, or has "mental health" started to feel like just another subscription service? 🌿
Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit unsettled by the rise of massive therapy apps. You’ve seen the ads - promising healing with a few clicks, 24/7 messaging, and "algorithmic matching."
But therapy isn't a tech product. It’s a human relationship.
I’ve made the deliberate choice to stay independent and small . I don’t have a parent company, shareholders, or a silicon-valley dashboard. I just have a quiet room, a sage wall, and a genuine commitment to holding space for my clients without their data being treated like a "lead."
