At Chakra Advanced Therapies and Chakra Health & Beauty, we’re committed to continuing to provide high-quality treatments, professional care, and the best products and services for our clients.

Like many small independent businesses, we’ve seen a continued rise in costs including insurance, products, utilities, and day-to-day running expenses. We completely understand that the cost of living is rising for everyone, which is why we have held off any price increases for the last 18 months.

Following a recent review, some of our treatment prices will now increase slightly. We’ve done our best to keep these changes as small as possible while still maintaining the standards and experience our clients know and trust.

We’re dedicated to keeping our treatments as affordable as we can, while also making sure our staff are fairly supported and valued for the work they do. Looking after our team means we can continue to provide loyal, experienced therapists who genuinely care about every client they treat.

Please note that all upcoming and already confirmed appointments will be charged at the price at the time of booking, not the new increased prices which will come into effect from Sunday 24th May 2026.

Meet our new therapist – Kirstie Manning

We’re delighted to welcome Kirstie, our new Soft Tissue & Massage Therapist at Chakra Advanced Therapies.

Kirstie specialises in corrective soft tissue therapy, working with muscles, myofascia, tendons and ligaments to help relieve pain, improve movement and support recovery from injury.

She has a particular interest in helping clients suffering with neck and shoulder pain, using techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and soft tissue release.

Kirstie’s treatments are designed to:
• Reduce muscle tension and chronic pain
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Support injury recovery
• Help your body move and function better

Skin Consultations with Jasmine

Jasmine is the co-owner of Chakra Advanced Therapies, with nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and medical fields.

Her journey began at just 18 years old, training at Achievement Training in the city centre before continuing her education at City College. She started her career at what was then Chakra Health and Wellbeing Clinic alongside her mum, Martine. Since then, her path has evolved significantly—owning her own salon, completing a three-year university degree, and working as a paramedic for five years.

Today, Jasmine works three days a week within a GP surgery and is currently completing her Master’s . She is on track to qualify soon as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Prescriber.

Despite her medical career, Jasmine has always stayed passionate about skincare and beauty. Now, as co-owner of an advanced therapy clinic, she combines both worlds to offer safe, effective, and confidence-boosting treatments.

Treatments available include:

• Skin boosters (including under-eye)
• Skin peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• Vitamin injections (including hayfever injections)

Consultations are available during her clinic hours, including Tuesdays and Sundays.
