💙 A LITTLE KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY

We know that contacting your GP surgery isn't always easy, and we completely understand that patients can sometimes feel frustrated, worried or upset.

Our reception team are often the first people you speak to when you contact us. They work hard every day to help patients, answer questions and make sure everyone receives the appropriate care.

They don't always have the ability to give you the answer you want but they will always do their best to help.

Please remember that behind the reception desk is a person doing their job.

The RSV vaccine helps protect against infection with RSV, a common virus that can make babies and older adults seriously ill. It's offered on the NHS if you're pregnant, aged 75 or over, or live in a care home for older adults.
