🍓🌸 A lovely afternoon at Lupton House 🌸🍓

Our wonderful carer Kim recently treated one of the customers to a delightful afternoon at Lupton House, complete with a delicious cream tea 🥰

They had a beautiful time enjoying the lovely surroundings, a good chat and of course, a rather tempting cream tea!

It's safe to say our customer was very partial to the fresh strawberries and even enjoyed Kim's!

🎉🎊 A very special 100th Birthday!!🎊🎉

Kelly had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone with one of our wonderful customers- his 100th birthday!! 🥳🎊

He had always hoped that, when the big day came, he might be knighted... sadly, we couldn't quite make that happen! 🤣 (although he totally deserves it!) So naturally, we decided the next best thing was to make him a Lord! 👑

His lovely family put on a wonderful little party to celebrate and we were especially touched that they invited his regular carer, Kelly. 💕 That invitation really says so much about how much they value Kelly and the care she gives.

We hope our new Lord had the most wonderful 100th birthday!! 🎂🎊

Last week, we had our own little send-off for a very special customer of ours. She was very much loved by both our Live-in and Domiciliary teams.
We had tea and cake and let off some balloons with messages for her.

🌸 A little trip that created a lifetime of memories 🌸

Sometimes the smallest moments can mean the absolute world 💙

one of our wonderful carers, recently managed to encourage one of our customers to get out and about to Babbacombe Downs for the first time. Usually, when asked if she would like to go out, she says she doesn't want too but on Friday, she surprised us all by saying she would love too! 🥰
When they arrived at Babbacombe, they spotted a family with their dogs straight away. Anyone who knows our customer, knows she LOVES cats and dogs. 🐱🐶
She instantly befriended the family and they got on like a house on fire! The family were on holiday and our customer made such a special impression on them, the children asked her to write them a letter so they could remember her forever 💙
The family also wrote a beautiful letter for our customer and they agreed to a photo being taken all together as she wanted it printed to be able to 'feel the same happiness in her heart she felt in that moment'
So today we surprised her with the photo framed. Her reaction was priceless...

🌞🌊 Cheese and crackers with a view 🌊🌞

One of our lovely customers has been making the most of the glorious weather, relaxing on her balcony and enjoying a little afternoon treat while taking in the view 💕
Our carer was on seagull protection duty to make sure the cheese and crackers made it safely from the plate to the tummy!🤣

As the summer starts to draw to a close, we want to share as many of these beautiful sunny moments as possible. Here's to making the most of every last bit of sunshine 🌞

We are delighted to share that our wonderful carer, Victoria has successfully passed her probation!! 🎉

Victoria has joined us with years of valuable experience and a wealth of knowledge and she has become such a special part of our team. She has the kindest heart, a caring nature and everything it takes to be absolutely perfect for the job! 🥰

We are so happy to have Victoria as part of our team and look forward to seeing all the wonderful things she will continue to achieve!
