July at Ginger & Brown.
I had my first ever no-show... who then completely ghosted me. Not ideal 😅 but, the rest of you have more than made up for it.
I've had lots of new clients come to me because their friends recommended me, which is one of the nicest compliments I can get. So thank you for sending your people my way.
I had another client turn up with a coffee for me, which was perfect for those 10 minutes while I let the Elim Heel Peel solution work it's magic! (It’s been a very popular treatment this month - see pic!)
I had one client who had to rearrange her appointment the morning she was due to come. I don't actually have a cancellation policy and thankfully, people are great at giving me plenty of notice. If you need to move an appointment and it's for a genuine reason, I completely get it - life happens! She then turned up to her next appointment with a bunch of flowers, which was so thoughtful, and just what my kitchen island was crying out for 😉
And you've all clearly been in a generous mood because I've sold a few gift vouchers this month too!
So, apart from one person letting me down this month, July has been full of kind, thoughtful humans, and I genuinely couldn't ask for better clients.
