My beautiful Chamomile has started to come into flower at the herb garden 🌼😍

I made a gorgeous tincture from these flowers last year. This year, they will be destined to go into the dehydrator for teas, herbal vinegars, and other herbal preparations. 🥰💗🌿

Herb harvest season has started, and I'm putting my new beast of a dehydrator through its paces, with a first batch of homegrown Lemonbalm dried yesterday, and now fresh Rosemary today.

Just need a good amount of free time and good weather to gather some Hawthorn flowers, thyme, mullein and elder leaves, before we toddle back down to Somerset next week, for the final training weekend of the term! 🥰🌿

Ive been extremely quiet on Social Media, but, in my defence, its been a a bit of a year, both positive, and not so much!

Paul is healing well from all of his operations and as well as my carer/chauffeur/tea-making duties, I'm slowly getting into the rhythm of my herbal clinic hours, so as the light begins to return, I hope my return back into the world will begin anew, after all the festivities are over and we are both fully rested!

However you are celebrating, I wish you all joy, peace, happiness and good health!
