After nearly 10 years in the clinic and handling my own recovery as a breast cancer survivor, I have learned that a body does not just suddenly break, it gives you plenty of nudges first.
I see the same patterns every week, like people leaning their upper back against the corner of a door frame just to rub that one stubborn knot while the kettle boils.
