There’s no better way to round off the week than with good company, plenty of laughs and a cheeky drink or two! 😄🍺

Our residents headed to the pub this afternoon for some well-deserved Friday fun, enjoying a social afternoon together and getting into the weekend spirit! 🎉❤️

🎨✨ Our Artistic Journey Begins! ✨🎨

This afternoon, our residents enjoyed the first of six fantastic art classes with talented artist Carl Knapper 🖌️

We started right at the beginning, learning some of the basics and getting to grips with different techniques. There were lots of smiles, plenty of creativity and, of course, a few budding artists discovering their hidden talents! 🎨😊

We can’t wait to see how everyone’s skills develop over the next five sessions — by the end, we’re hoping we’ll all be artists ourselves! 👩‍🎨👨‍🎨🖼️

☕️ Coffee, Cake & Community! 🍰💕

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our coffee morning today! It’s always lovely to see our residents enjoying a good chat, catching up and meeting some new faces. 🥰☕️

Our residents really look forward to these social mornings and we love seeing the smiles, laughter and friendships they bring!

And because apparently one lot of cake just wasn’t enough… 😂🍰 this afternoon we headed out on a trip to Farmer Copleys for more coffee and, of course, more cake! ☕️🍰

A lovely day filled with great company, plenty of treats and lots of happy memories. ❤️✨

This afternoon our residents headed over to the bar for some good old-fashioned pub games, plenty of laughs and a cheeky tipple or two! 🍹🎲

There was lots of friendly competition, great conversation and, of course, a few stories shared along the way! It’s safe to say everyone had a fantastic afternoon enjoying the relaxed pub atmosphere. ❤️

🌸✨ Bank Holiday Weekend at Fairwood Fields! ✨🌸

What a wonderful bank holiday weekend we’ve had at Fairwood Fields! 💕 Our residents have enjoyed a lovely mix of activities, entertainment and outings.

🍻 We’ve relaxed and socialised with an afternoon in the bar
🎬 Enjoyed some favourite movies in our cinema
🧠 Put our knowledge to the test with some fun quizzes
🌿 And headed out for a lovely trip to the garden centre, enjoying a browse and soaking up the atmosphere!

It’s been a fantastic weekend filled with laughter, friendship and plenty of fun. 🥰 We hope all our residents have enjoyed their bank holiday as much as we have! ❤️

🎬🍿 Sunday Cinema Afternoon! 🍿🎬

This afternoon, our residents enjoyed a trip down memory lane for Sunday Cinema, settling in to watch the classic musical Oliver! 🎶🎭

With plenty of familiar songs, memorable characters and a little bit of nostalgia, it was the perfect way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon. ❤️

There were smiles, sing-alongs and lots of enjoyment as everyone settled back and enjoyed this much-loved classic! 🎬✨

🎶 Music Night 🎶

It was back to the swinging sixties for this month’s live music night. Not only was Matt a brilliant singer but he was a great entertainer too.

The evening was full of laughter, with everyone singing and dancing along. It really was an amazing night!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and we can’t wait to see you next month!

FAIRWOOD TURNS ONE

Sunday 25th October marks a very special milestone — our first birthday!

We can’t quite believe it has been a whole year since we first opened our doors. What a year it has been! So much has changed, and along the way we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of: our amazing Fairwood family.

To celebrate, we’re throwing a First Birthday Party, and we’d love for you to join us!

Expect an autumn-inspired evening filled with straw bales, pumpkins and beautiful autumnal colours, followed by an evening of celebration, great food and entertainment.

🥂 4pm — Drinks reception
🍽️ Following the reception — Buffet on our top floor
🎶 Later in the evening — Live music in the bar

And, of course, we want you to bring all the glam! ✨
Black tie dress code.
