I use my doterra Essential Oils as a first aid kit & for other areas of wellness. Do you have a headache? I don't reach for the paracetamol anymore, I use doterra's Peppermint oil.
How about a hangover? Kiss it goodbye with Lemon & Grapefruit Essential Oils. I ingest the oils to get the effect as quickly as possibly. Massage Ginger or Zengest onto my stomach & chest if I have nausea. Wonderful stuff
