I am excited for the new journey I am on to find a way to reduce my intolerances to certain food. Detoxing the body for anyone is always a good thing to do.

This is me part way through 8 hours of removing wallpaper in a very hot landing in my house.
I certainly sweated a lot and although I should be aching lots today, my body is doing well as I took my natural remedies last night and applied a cream with a blend of essential oils to my back before bed.
