Nose filler, also known as a non-surgical rhinoplasty, can be used to improve the shape and proportions of the nose without surgery.

By strategically placing small amounts of dermal filler, we can:

• Smooth the appearance of a dorsal hump
• Create a straighter-looking side profile
• Improve symmetry and balance
• Add support and definition to the nasal tip
• Create the illusion of a smaller, more proportionate nose

Although we are adding volume rather than removing it, careful placement can actually make the nose appear straighter and more refined.

The nose is a complex, high-risk area for filler due to its vascular anatomy, so thorough assessment, anatomical knowledge and appropriate emergency protocols are essential.

Every nose is different, and treatment should always be individually planned following a full consultation and assessment.

One of the questions I get asked most is whether under-eye polynucleotides cause bruising.

The under-eye area contains lots of tiny blood vessels, so unfortunately no practitioner can ever guarantee that bruising won't happen. Even with the best technique, it is always a possible side effect.

That said, I do everything I can to minimise the risk:
• I have a thorough understanding of the under-eye anatomy and the location of blood vessels.
• I carefully assess each patient's anatomy before treating.
• I use a gentle, precise technique with as few injection points as possible.
• I avoid visible blood vessels wherever possible.
• I work slowly and carefully throughout the treatment.

While I can't promise you'll have no bruising at all, I can promise that I take every precaution possible to reduce the risk and perform your treatment as safely as I can.

Your safety will always come before speed.
