Reflecting on last weekends first MKG UK Summer Camp!
We started with a powerful breathwork session followed by a two day Kali extravaganza exploring different stick and knife systems.
Surrounding myself with this movement, community and non-stop learning is medicine for mind, body and soul. 👌🏻🧘🏼‍♀️🥢🗡️🩵

Been quietly upgrading my paddleboarding skills on a race board over the last few months. 🏄‍♀️💨
Last week, I had an incredible coaching session with 4x World Champion (huge thank you, Susanne! 🫶🏻).
Got some great homework to work on, which I put straight into practice the next day around Brownsea and Furzey Island. 🏝️
I love finding new, fun ways to challenge my own movement! 🩵
