A little Friday recap of the hats I’ve worn this week - and every damn week 😅💫❤️

MONDAY- the weather gods were back on side so a day @ the stables was our first choice. Not sure who enjoys this more , me or Flo 🫶🏻
TUESDAY- 82 mile round trip 🚘 these are my longest days ; leave @ 7:45AM & usually arrive home between 8 & 9 pm. This week I saw 14 clients , all returning , so basically a big old catch up 💫
WEDNESDAY - much closer to home a little 15 min road trip, 8 clients treated , 2 consultations carried out.
THURSDAY- I’m usually mute by Thursday after non stop chat for two days . An hour for me ; and then the usual house , life , food shop. Finally sit down @ 2:42pm then back up at 2:45pm for the school run 🫠 literally .
FRIDAY- the mama guilt catches me up by Friday , usually haven’t done a school pick up Tuesday & Wednesday , missed a bedtime or 2 , so I try and slow down , soak it all up & enjoy the weekend .

Then B A N G it’s Monday and we go again

I have loved seeing everyone’s version of these 🤣 any excuse for me to dig out photo albums im there !

Kind of look the same , kind of look completely different . 🥹🤣

Not sure why my childhood photos look so old , I’m sure I only turn like 21 next week ?!

This reminds me I need to buy a disposable camera ; because nothing beats sitting and looking through photo albums does it ?!

Believe it or not we are not magicians ! 🧙‍♀️

Timing is key.
Consultations are key.
Yes good results come from treatments ; but the best results in my opinion come from thorough consultations, treatments timed perfectly , treatment stacking , skin care advice & treatment plans .
If we have time on our hands , we have time to work out exactly what treatments make you feel your best ; which treatments you need 8 weeks in advance and which treatments you’ll need just before.

It’s never about changing how you look ; it’s about making you feel your most confident , refreshed & rejuvenated.

Bits n bobs from 1st Jan to today - 200986th Jan. 😵‍💫

1- Stop over thinking the rubbish , start over thinking all the good bits.
2- Stunning.
3- Flo’s hair - also stunning.
4- Polynucleotides . The treatment which has you asking where else can I have this injected ? SO bloody good .
5- Lovely flowers from a lovely client .
6- Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous .
7- Flowers & fizz from a day one client , always takes me by surprise when clients bring me gifts , because without you , my clients , I wouldn’t be able to do a job I absolutely bloody love .
8- Me walking to get my nails done ‘ right really sit & look at all the colours today, you loved that red Mais had on last week actually take your time and have a look Clo’ …… Me the second I enter the shop ‘ hiya , yep same as always please ! ‘ clean French gal since 2020. Creature of habit ! Anyone else ?!
9- Good things happen when your put yourself out off your comfort zone
10- My first ever post 4 years ago today!! 🥺
AWC launched Feb 2022 💫
11- A rebrand was needed and our website went live .
12 - Client care . By far the most important thing in my business . And that’s why I am always only ever a message away, before and after ! Making a first time filler client informed , listened too and in safe hands . No question is ever too silly to ask.

If I can; I will change your name 😅
It’s going to be like marmite ; you’ll either love it or hate it. But I feel like I know when it’s ok too and when it’s not 😅 14 years plus of working with clients and no one has ever corrected me…. Yet 😅

What’s weirder is ; if I can’t shorten your name , il lengthen it, or just make a whole new name up for you 🤣
