Sometimes the best thing you can do is step back.

Yesterday the National Office team took a day away from the day to day to regroup, realign and refresh, thinking about where GoodOaks Homecare is heading and how we keep supporting the network as we grow.

A good mix of strategy, discussion and hands-on work - topped off with a drink in the sunshine. A very productive day! 🌳💚

We've just wrapped up the GoodOaks Homecare Annual Conference 2026 and the energy was incredible. 🌳

More than 70 Franchise Partners and Registered Managers from across the UK came together at The Swan at Streatley for a day centred around one theme: Scaling Excellence.

We heard from keynote speaker Katie Bland on Strategic Relationship Building, plus expert sessions on compliance and recruitment, and roundtable discussions covering AI, business growth and more.

But beyond the agenda, what the day really showed is the strength of this network. From newly launched offices to established territories, people shared ideas openly, discussed challenges honestly and celebrated wins together.

A great day at the GoodOaks Homecare Annual Conference 2026.

Yesterday, we brought together more than 70 Franchise Partners and Registered Managers at The Swan at Streatley for a day focused on this year’s theme, Scaling Excellence.

The conference provided an opportunity to share ideas, discuss sector challenges and explore practical ways to strengthen and grow our businesses. From keynote sessions and workshops to roundtable discussions on topics including AI, recruitment and retention, and regulation, there was plenty of insight to take away.

A special thank you to our keynote speaker, Katie Bland, whose session on Strategic Relationship Building sparked valuable conversations throughout the day.
