Join us on Sunday evening for our pop up Healing by the Sea. A gentle evening of energy healing, deep relaxation and connection with nature. Relax, Receive, Realign 🫶 we will be at Branksome beach BH13 6LP to the left of the car park towards the sea. 6.30pm, £10pp and why note bring a friend! I’m taking on the 58km Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge to raise money for Safempowerment, an inspiring charity that supports men, women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. Alongside vital support services, they run powerful education programmes for young people, helping girls build confidence and resilience, teaching about healthy relationships, online safety and emotional wellbeing, and working with boys to challenge harmful attitudes and encourage respect and positive behaviour.
