I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist specialising in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Advanced Deep Tissue massage based in Upton. I am fully insured and am registered with the Federation of Holistic therapists. Having gone through the miracle of childbirth, twice, I know what an amazing and emotional roller coaster it can be! I also know how much extra strain our bodies are put under during this time

. Massage is extremely beneficial, not only to the mother but to the unborn baby as well. There are numerous emotional and physiological benefits associated with pregnancy massage and I want to be able to share it with all of you!

This is your reminder that stress doesn’t just live in the mind… it lives in the body too 💭➡️💥

Tight shoulders. Headaches. Jaw tension. Poor sleep. Exhaustion. Feeling constantly “on edge”.

When we stay in stress mode for too long, our muscles literally hold onto that tension.

Massage therapy can help calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), ease anxiety and encourage the body into a true rest-and-recover state 🤍

Research reviews have shown massage therapy can reduce stress responses including heart rate and cortisol levels.

As many of you know, I currently work limited hours from my home treatment space, and it felt such a shame having the room sitting empty the rest of the time… so I’m excited to say that I’ll now be sharing the space with the lovely Chloe from The SMT ✨

Chloe is a newly qualified Level 3 Massage Therapist and she has some AMAZING introductory offers available for new clients 💖

I wanted to address something, i have alot of people asking if im still massaging or when i will start massaging again...the thing is... IVE NEVER STOPPED MASSAGING! ive been here this whole time, but because i have such limited space i havent been advertising because im usually fully booked by my wonderful regulars!
