I am adding dates for August now for therapy appointments and we will have some great Sumner holiday offers on so you can treat yourself.

Some not so great news!

We have had a delay regarding the electrics and it seems the single phase for the sun beds is not going to work, so now MUA involved and it is taking a bit longer than we bargained for time and cash flow wise! But all in hand and we will have the beds up and running as soon as possible. Sadly I can’t do the electrics myself.

Also we are not officially open yet and someone (I know who) has pinched my lovely (and expensive) NEOM happiness hand lotion that we placed in our beautiful refitted toilet. Shame on you stealing my happiness!

These prices blow my brains - honestly I was looking to get myself a back massage and checked out a few other therapists!

Seriously not sure what they are offering - 24k oil? And they are not therapists to the stars by any means!

There is know your worth and then there is pure greed.

I have been in this business since 2006 - 20 years now and keep my prices affordable so I can treat as many people as possible rather than a select few!

Just because a therapist charges more it doesn’t mean they are better! I have two degrees in Holistic Science/Therapies and Clinical Aromatherapy and so many letters after my name I would need a few pages to put them all in. When I train off island, I learn in person from the very best in the industry, not unattended online in a day!

It’s your choice you can pay £65 below for an hour back massage or £35 at Nirvana for 45 minutes which is more than sufficient for back, neck & shoulders.

You can pay £38 at Nirvana for a bespoke aromatherapy back, neck and shoulders for 45 minutes or £120???? at this Douglas Salon for 60 mins!

Or we offer a 90 minute bespoke full body aromatherapy massage for £60 or you can pay £150??? In the other salon below - seriously 😳

It’s your money and your choice, my qualifications, and my reviews speak for themselves and the fact that when I work I am fully booked every day.

Saying that a few spaces for next Sunday still available on the 19th.

🪷Ayurvedic yoga - your traditional Hatha/Flow class but with the wisdom of Ayurveda woven throughout, making each class seasonally appropriate

🪷 it will include asana (postural work) with mudra, mantra, pranayama and meditation
🪷Yes I do use Sanskrit in my classes, but have no fear as I use it interchangeable with English so you will never be left wondering what the hell I’m saying!
🪷 There is no experience necessary - this class will be suitable for all levels of yoga experience ce, from absolute beginners to those familiar with the practice
🪷I always adapt the class to suit those in attendance. I can guide you to kick it up a notch if you want, or guide you to take it down. This class is for YOU.
🪷 I firmly believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY. No you do not need to have a certain body type, the right kit, fall into a demographic…if you have a body and you are breathing, you have all you need to practice ✨
