Franko has now hit 7 stone!!! I only posted his 6 stone loss 5 weeks ago! This amazing man is smashing this amazing diet. Frank started on the plan in January so he is 7 stone down in 8 months 💪

The amazing Frank Cooney who has now lost an incredible 6.7 stone with me. Im so proud of how far he's come ao far and so happy to be a part of his transformation. We have the best catch ups every Wednesday 🥰

Frank's Story

1. I was fed up being overweight, and decided to do something about it,Judy's consultancy is across the street from my house.
2...I chose Judy's consultancy as it was close to me,Im glad I did as Judy is a fantastic consultant, very helpful and motivational, Even when we fall off the wagon ,Judy is always there to pick us up and get us back on track
3...At first on the 1-1 diet, I found it hard ,as you are dropping loads of calories and getting used to the diet,As always Judy is there with her full support and is so helpful ...
4.....My typical day on the 1-1 diet
Breakfast about 8am. I have a 1-1 diet shake and a cup of coffee
Lunch about 2pm .I have a 1-1 diet meal from the range of soups or meals
Dinner: I have my own meal a 350g myprotein meal and a small bags of veg ,
Later I have a bag of 1:1 chocolate mint bites whilst watching TV,
Through out the day/night i have 3 litres of flavoured water and about 4 cups of black tea with sweetex no sugar .
Part of the 1-1 diet is your fluid intakes,which definitely helps to control your appetite.
5....The physical and mental health changes is i feel better with in myself, I have gained some of my confidence back.
6....Anyone thinking of doing the 1-1 diet, go for it,you have nothing to lose,you will never know till you try it, im just glad I did ...
