That's rather the point of Birdie. Rotas, care plans, notes and tasks all live in one app, so our teams turn up prepared, know exactly what matters to each person, and spend their visits doing the work they signed up for.

We look after 220+ carers across South Wales with the Real Living Wage, proper support and the tools to do the job well.
