Over the last 7 days I’ve held 6 Sound Healing, Breathwork and Meditation classes.

Feeling really grateful to everyone who has attended, and for all the opportunities I’ve had to spend time doing work that genuinely means so much to me.

I get to meet so many beautiful people through this work, and I never take for granted the trust people place in me when they come to these sessions.

I do still work a full time day job alongside all of this, so I’m taking this week to decompress a little, slow down, and be present with my family.

I’ll be back next week, and June classes will be available to book very soon 😊🙏
