**Important Notice – Potential Short-Notice Staff Shortages**

Due to the current hot weather and the possibility of school or childcare setting closures, some members of our team may need to take emergency leave at short notice to care for their children.

While we will do everything possible to maintain our services, there may be occasions when staffing levels are reduced, which could result in longer waiting times or the need to rearrange some appointments.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should this situation arise. Our team will continue to prioritise urgent clinical needs and provide the best possible service to our patients.

On Thursday 7th May the surgery will be closed from 1.30pm - 6.30pm for essential staff training.

The doors to the surgery will close at 1.30pm meaning any prescriptions will need to be picked up prior to this.

The practice will re-open as normal on Friday 8th May at 8:30am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your support and understanding.

If you require urgent care that cannot wait until the surgery is open, please ring 01656 523650.

Alternatively you can also phone 111 if you need health information and advice.

Community Pharmacies are also open and offer access to the Common Ailments Service offering free advice and medication.
