The count down is on to the Mourne Wall challenge, 22 miles over 15 mountains.

I am taking part in the Mourne Wall Challenge trek on 15th August 2026 to support Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, a local charity dedicated to helping people and families affected by cancer. With 1 in 2 of us predicted to face cancer in our lifetime, the need for compassionate and comprehensive support has never been greater.

👋 Meet Jillian
Jillian joined Better Health Physiotherapy in 2018 and has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Since graduating from Ulster University with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2012, she has worked with patients of all ages, helping them recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She has also worked alongside local sports teams, supporting athletes in their recovery and performance.
Jillian has a special interest in paediatric physiotherapy and works with children of all ages who have a range of physical, developmental and neurological conditions.
Her treatment approach is tailored to each individual, combining a variety of techniques to help patients achieve their goals and move with confidence.

Hi, I’m Claire Monaghan, founder and lead physiotherapist at Better Health Physiotherapy.
I established the practice in 2009 and have spent many years helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Our clinic is based in Battlehill, just outside Portadown, only 5 minutes from the Stonebridge Roundabout. We’re conveniently located for patients from Portadown, Armagh, Richhill, Markethill and Dungannon, with on-site parking and disabled access available.
