Additionally we also manage residential care homes for young adults with serious mental illness. Serendipity Care and Support consists of two separate divisions its Residential Home, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care. Domiciliary Care provides personal, domestic and additional support to individuals in their own homes. The Residential Home and supported Living homes are designed for individual

s experiencing serious and enduring mental illness, personality disorders and complex needs between the ages of 16-64 years.

Big congratulations to MD and the whole Apartment 2 team. Following this morning's review, MD's HbA1c has improved significantly, dropping from 68 last year to 42, now within the pre-diabetic range. He has also lost a stone and a half to date. Brilliant results all round, well done MD.

"Men are dying too young from things that can be prevented. Heart disease is the biggest killer. 1 in 8 will face prostate cancer.

Too many are ignoring warning signs, skipping check ups, and pushing through when their body or mind is telling them to slow down.
This week is a reminder for men to take their health seriously, all of it. Book that GP appointment. Get your blood pressure checked. Move your body. Cut back on the things you know aren't helping. And if you're struggling mentally, say something. There's no weakness in asking for help.
