Got up swim, then run to de funk my mind as I have no vehicle atm!
And I have to get to Bournemouth next Friday!
Then as my mind settled doing my kundalini yoga, I realised what I brat I was being!
I can run!
I can walk!
I have a home!
I am healthy!
And I spoke to my gorgeous daughter in Australia!
I am so grateful!!
But sometimes we just get like this i guess because we are human! Or a little Alien !!👽👽👽
