We are here to support physical and mental well-being, what do we mean by that?
This morning we are walking by a beautiful green and peaceful area here in Bradley Stoke, then we are taking a time to focus on our mind in our thoughts, trying to bring both into balance. Our mind is the body and it must be trained and give it equally attention. So how do we do that? We practice techniques then allows the nervous system to relax when the nervous system relaxes, that is when change starts to happen.
I aim to give and teach participants techniques that we try here, so that they can continue doing them in their own space.
If you want to join me don't hesitate to get in touch.
Have a blessed and wonderful week🌱🌻💚 💜💫

:🌿 Stay Cool Naturally This Summer
When the heat rises, nature has some wonderfully soothing allies. Essential oils and aloe vera offer gentle, effective ways to keep cool while supporting your wellbeing.

💧Peppermint Power
A light spritz of peppermint hydrosol or a diluted peppermint oil mist can bring instant refreshment and help you feel more energised. Just remember not to spray near the eyes and not to use near infants and babies.

🌸 Lavender Calm
A cool compress infused with lavender oil is perfect for easing heat-induced tension and calming the mind.

🍊 Citrus Lift
Diffusing citrus oils like lemon or sweet orange brings a bright, uplifting atmosphere — ideal for summer days. Most citrus oils are not good on the skin in summer though due to phototoxicity, so just diffuse.

🌱 Aloe Vera Relief
Chilled aloe gel is a skin‑soothing essential. It hydrates, cools, and helps calm sun‑exposed skin. Blend with cucumber juice for an extra refreshing touch. You can add peppermint and lavender essential oils to aloe but you need to use a little vegetable oil first. In a 30g jar, add 25ml pure aloe, then in 5ml of vegetable oil add 3 drops of peppermint essential oil and 3 drops lavender essential oil. Add to the aloe in the jar and mix thoroughly to make a paste. This a lovely cooling after sun blend.

✨ Stay fresh, stay balanced, and let nature support you through this unusually hot summer warmth!
