NEW: I have a very important update for all UK study applicants, and I need you to share this video.
There has been a major change that now applies to most UK universities regarding bank statements for your CAS.
If you have submitted or you are planning to submit any of the bank accounts below for your CAS issuance, your CAS may be refused and you may forfeit your tuition deposit.
The following Bank Statements / Accounts are NO LONGER ACCEPTED for CAS:
❌ Heritage Bank PLC
❌ Parallex Bank
❌ Signature Bank
❌ Optimus Bank
❌ Globus Bank
❌ Globe Savings & Loan
❌ Microfinance accounts
❌ Investment accounts
❌ Deposit accounts
❌ Joint accounts with Spouse
❌ Business accounts
❌ Mortgage accounts
❌ ALL Scholarship letters (except from Federal Government of Nigeria)
Let me be very clear: before using any of the above banks, please ensure to confirm with the University that they will be accepted before uploading them. If you have used any of these for your CAS application and you've just learned that your University is not accepting it , please withdraw it immediately and contact your advisor to provide an acceptable bank statement. Do not risk losing your CAS and your deposit.
This is a compliance issue and schools are very strict about it now.
