We often wait until we're really struggling before we make time for ourselves.

Wellness Wednesday is my monthly opportunity to help you change that.

On the last Wednesday of every month, I'll be at Grace Medi Spa in Clanfield, offering a limited number of £30 Discovery Sessions.

Your appointment allows time for us to chat about what's going on for you, followed by a personalised 30-minute treatment.

You might be dealing with aches and tension, recovering from surgery, have a scar that's bothering you, be living with or beyond cancer, or simply feel like your body needs some attention.
You don't need to know which treatment you need before you book. We'll work that out together.

Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that mean the most 💐
Today I was truly touched when a lovely client brought me these beautiful flowers as a thank you. After a particularly stressful time, she shared how much it meant to have the space to slow down, be listened to, and feel supported during her last treatment.
Moments like this are a gentle reminder of why I do what I do. Holding space, even on a busy Bank Holiday Monday, can make a real difference.

Many people live in a constant state of fight or flight. When the nervous system is stuck in protection mode, pain feels louder, muscles stay guarded, and the body struggles to recover

This helps regulate the nervous system, allowing the body to shift out of fight or flight and into rest and repair. Muscles can soften, and pain can begin to ease.✅️

Why I don’t make New Year’s resolutions ✨

For me, every single day is an opportunity to hit the reset button. We don’t need a date on the calendar to begin again.📅

January arrives while we’re still in the depths of winter. Nature is resting. We’re still in our own hibernation phase. Christmas is often busy, joyful, indulgent – and for many, stressful too. This season asks for softness, not pressure.

Winter feels like a time to slow down. To sleep well, eat nourishing foods, move gently, and breathe a little deeper. A time for reflection and intention-setting, without rushing ourselves into action before we’re ready.🏃‍♀️

I believe true change happens when it’s aligned with the seasons. Spring brings the awakening, the energy, the momentum. That’s when action feels natural, not forced.✅️

So instead of resolutions, I choose reflection, kindness, and listening to my body. Growth doesn’t have to be loud or hurried – sometimes it begins quietly, in the stillness 🤍🥰
